When linked to the G-Shock Connected phone application it provides access to a variety of functions to support your trainings. Daily fitness and health support features include a 3-axis accelerometer that tracks your step count, a countdown timer that lets you create up to 20 combinations of five timers each, memory for up to 200 lap times and more. While linked to the G-Shock Connected phone application, you can configure settings to obtain a step count log with five levels of exercise intensity, calorie calculations, and step targets.

The capabilities of using the application to create timer combinations and send them to the clock, store stopwatch measurement data, view data and much more combine to help you plan and record your workouts, making them more efficient and enjoyable. Other functions include application-based automatic time adjustment correction and other functions to make time indication more efficient and an automatic dual LED light to facilitate workouts in poorly lit areas. The small housings of these models are fantastic for sports use.
