The La Sportiva Akyra running shoes are designed for mountain running for resistance on Ultra Trails and Ultra Marathons. Akira shoes are perfectly comfortable and flexible, designed for use on long trails. They have a superior wrapping, comfortable 3-layer shape, thanks to their seamless construction; structure flexibility through the innovative MicroLite Skeleton that dynamically follows movement of the feet when running; guaranteed protection with microfibre Flex-Guard structure that keeps the shoe lightweight and provides a barrier from abrasion caused by friction. Great stability through the TrailCage System between the two top layers that wraps around the foot and integrates with the lacing system. The sole has been developed by the La Sportiva R&D team and includes a new FriXion XT grippy band with Impact Brake System; exclusive design with Trail Rocker that provides natural support as you run.
