The La Sportiva Helios III is the perfect ‘door to trail’ shoe designed for training or running on hard off-road terrain. It is part of the La Sportiva Mountain Running series. The shoe is soft and extremely comfortable, ideal for everyday wear and for running on hard and rocky terrain thanks to its Cushion Platform insert that provides great shock absorption. The slip-on construction allows the foot to enter easily and provides an ergonomic interior grip. In addition, it is a super lightweight and breathable seamless construction thanks to the thermo-adhesive materials: combination of monofilament fabrics, rip-stop fabrics, mesh sandwich and TPU reinforcements.

The injected midsole with Morpho Dynamic technology works in synergy with the FriXion XT dual density sole, to provide optimal shock absorption. The sole with the highly durable FriXion Blue compound guarantees a perfect grip on slippery ground. It is suitable for use on hard and rocky terrain. Maintains optimum performance even on wet ground thanks to the VA-shaped lugs used in crucial places on the sole that keep sliding at bay in corners.
