Durable water repellent (DWR) treatments prevent the outer fabric from collecting water on its surface to avoid the sticky cold feeling of wet fabric. This bluesign-approved treatment removes PFCs of environmental concern (PFCEC 1) from the product life cycle, achieving the highest overall water repellency of any DWR tested internally by Oakley. Meets the criteria established in the OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class II. To maintain the performance of the DWR and ensure a long and useful life of the product, users should care for their Hydrofree DWR garment when water no longer accumulates.
