The Polar H10 heart rate monitor can be connected to Polar Beat, the free fitness and training app by Polar, to see your precise, real-time heart rate directly on your phone. You can register your training session without having to carry your phone and you can transfer the heart rate data to Polar Beat once your session has finished. All you have to do is begin your training session in the app, leave your phone to one side and get going.

Polar H10 works with the main fitness apps, compatible gym equipment and many other Bluetooth devices. Connect your heart rate monitor to your favourite application or gym equipment and optimise your training to reach your goals. It’s also fully water-resistant and transfers heart rate data in the water through a 5 kHz transmission.
