Our Returns Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. Your gear must be:

  • In original condition (unused with tags attached)
  • In original packaging (like you’d repack for a multi-day hike)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Adventure Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on electrostimulators, outdoor gels & creams, or any opened personal care items – these are your final expedition supplies.

The Return Journey: Step-by-Step

1. Request Authorization

  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

2. Receive Your Return Label

Within 2 business days, we’ll email:

  • Return authorization number
  • Prepaid return label (for UK returns)
  • International return instructions (if applicable)

3. Pack and Ship

Securely package your return like you would precious expedition gear:

  • Include all original packaging and accessories
  • Attach the return label clearly
  • For international returns, complete any required customs forms as “Returned Goods”

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • You’ll receive email confirmation when processed

Exchange Expeditions

Prefer a different size or item? Follow the return process above and:

  1. Note in your return request that you’d like an exchange
  2. Specify the replacement item(s) desired
  3. We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return

Refund Routes

Your funds will return via the original payment method:
