The Robens Boulder 3 Camping Tent combines a dome-style tent with a short transverse beam post, offering flexible space for living, cooking and storage, with excellent height and internal width that allows two occupants to sit side by side. The twin doors allow each camper easy access and door opening options for wind protection, as well as providing cross ventilation. Locking tips and double eyelets on a sturdy edge secure the inner rods with the top rod.

The determination of the performance of a Robens tent in windy conditions is based on the knowledge and technique available to Robens at the time of the test. During the test, the maximum velocity (MAX) of the impact to which a tent was subjected and the average wind speed (AVG) at which structural instability occurred are recorded. This can appear as a broken/deformed pole, or the collapse of the tent and its subsequent recovery when the wind dies down. At no time was any catastrophic failure experienced in wind speed up to the maximum speeds.
