At Nordis Camping Shop, we understand that when you’re gearing up for your next outdoor adventure, every moment counts. That’s why we’ve streamlined our shipping process to get your equipment to you as efficiently as possible.
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95) – Via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping – Via EMS for orders over £50, delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch
International Shipping
We ship globally (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Our Returns Promise: Simple as Following a Well-Marked Trail
We stand by our outdoor gear as firmly as you stand in our hiking boots. If your purchase doesn’t meet your adventure needs, our returns process is straightforward and hassle-free.
Returns Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for return, your gear must be:
- In original condition (unused with tags attached)
- In original packaging (like you’d repack for a multi-day hike)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Final Expedition Supplies (Non-Returnable Items)
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Electrostimulators
- Outdoor gels & creams
- Any opened personal care items
These items are considered your final expedition supplies.
The Return Journey: Step-by-Step
1. Request Authorization
Contact our customer support at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return

2. Receive Your Return Label
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number
- Prepaid return label (for UK returns)
- International return instructions (if applicable)
3. Pack and Ship
Securely package your return like you would precious expedition gear:
- Include all original packaging and accessories
- Attach the return label clearly
- For international returns, complete any required customs forms as “Returned Goods”
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- You’ll receive email confirmation when processed
Exchange Expeditions
Prefer a different size or item? Follow the return process above and:
- Note in your return request that you’d like an exchange
- Specify the replacement item(s) desired
We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return.
Refund Routes
Your funds will return via the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 3-10 business days after processing (varies by bank)
- PayPal: Typically within 24 hours of processing
International Returns
For adventurers outside the UK:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Mark customs forms as “Returned Goods” to avoid duties
- Allow extra time for international shipping delays
