The Silva Trail Runner Free Ultra front light is comfortable and light for all running enthusiasts. Its characteristics and light beam are optimized for the needs of a runner. The Trail Runner Free Ultra comes with a 4.0Ah rechargeable battery as well as the hybrid battery case. This fifth generation introduces a new type of technology in which the power cable is integrated into the headband. Includes a hybrid battery box in which you can carry the Silva Hybrid battery pack or 3 AAA batteries (not included). This means you can use the AAA batteries as a backup if you run out of power. The box has easy-grip surfaces and an integrated red rear safety light, which adds greater visibility.

In addition to the hybrid battery case that offers you multiple battery options, Trail Runner Free Ultra comes with a long-lasting 4.0 Ah rechargeable battery pack that is housed in a soft, multi-purpose accessory case. The 4.0 Ah battery is perfect for prolonging running time during longer running sessions. The battery has a 4-step battery indication and can be charged anywhere, using the included USB cable.

The Trail Runner Free series is made for running in all aspects. All three front lights have Silva’s intelligent light. This means you have a dual beam technology in your headlight, with light settings that are perfect for running. The unique combination of a long-range spotlight and a close reflector results in less head movement, better control, better balance, less fatigue and higher speed.

Each part of the front light has been compressed and the unit weighs only 55 grams (excluding batteries). Even when using the 4.0 Ah long distance battery included in the Trail Runner Free Ultra, the entire front light still weighs only 141 grams. The front end is perfectly balanced, with smooth adjustments and a flat, soft textile extension cable that does not get tangled. The headband is soft, but firm enough, with a silicone cord inside to hold it in place. The battery can be worn comfortably on the headset or kept warm in your pocket to save battery life with the included extension cable.
